In early 2007, Weima was commended as "Production & exporting center of power machine" by Chongqing government.
45-member R&D staff develops 10 new products annually
R&D collaboration with a top mainland China instituion, our 45-member R&D team is proud to have developed a new 22-horsepower gasoline engine and 8.5KW generator. We develop 10 new products annually.
Key components made by ourselves
We have a 3-D measurer, 80 high-precision advanced inspection machines. We used to produce some key components in order to confirm good quality and low cost. Furthermore, our competitor can not copy our product easily.
Highly efficient management brings 30,000 units monthly
Our 20,000-square-meter factory is ISO 9001:2000-certified and houses a staff of over 350. We're equipped with US-made machines -- four engine assembly lines, eight special tool machining lines, 30 flexible machining centers and three automatic painting lines. All these enable us to reach a monthly production capacity of 30,000 units.
